Hello, I am the Rev. Ray Biddiss and I am an Ordained Baptist Minister who can provide Religious and Non Religious services. I was a Biker for over 43 years and had built and operated a Guinnes World Record holding Motorcycle Hearse, now being operated by Midlands Co-op Funerals..

You may have discovered my web site by chance, been given my details by a friend or a Funeral Director. Which ever it is, I am aware that this is a most difficult and painful time for you, your family and friends. I hope that I might be able to help you to have a relevant, meaningful and fitting funeral service for the loved one you have lost.

People in bereavement are not always aware of the many funeral choices that are available, often they gratefully accept whatever suggestions are made and do not realise they could have done it differently until afterwards. Most people are only offered a funeral service conducted by a Religious Minister or in the case of someone with no religious beliefs, the services of a Humanist. Neither of which are perhaps appropriate to the beliefs your loved one held.

Many clients start off by saying that the person who died was not religious and did not go to church, and yet still want an element of spirituality without the restraints of a traditional religious approach. Many may have attended a religious service that seemed hypocritical, boring or irrelevant, a service being done to them, not for them. It was seeing such services that convinced me that a funeral should be a Celebration of Life, not a mourning of death.
